All services are running and most gateways have delivered their stored data. Systems are running at typical levels and we will continue to monitor throughout the day
During scheduled maintenance one of the servers performing database functions failed. The failure left the database in a state of possible data corruption. The database team was able to successfully recover the data and re-seed the backup chain. As services are turned back on we are expecting an overload of data coming from devices that have been logging data. Not all devices will be able to deliver all of their data in their first attempt. The gateways will hold the messages in queue until it receives a positive acknowledgement from the server so the delayed messages will arrive at the server.
