Maintenance at Monnit’s DC partner is not going as smoothly at anticipated. The cloud engineering team and network engineering teams are working to resolve the outage. We will update here as we know more.
Network connectivity restored and services restored. We continue to monitor while data is catching up.
Our data center networking team will be performing scheduled maintenance at 8 PM US Eastern Time for up to eight hours. Service interruption is not expected during this maintenance window. However, if service is interrupted, the gateway will store data until services are restored.
