Processing Delays
Systems back to processing at normal levels.
Long running backup process has been identified. Database administration team has cancelled that process and messages are processing faster, but there is still a backlog of messages to catch up on. Still verifying if this is the resolution.
Significant processing delays for gateway processing. We are investigating the cause.
