Datacenter has reported that they replaced a failed storage controller and have rebooted affected systems.

With their infrastructure repaired our systems are running and the queued backlog has processed. There remain a number of gateways still in their backoff cycle that will be able to communicate in their next attempt. If you want your gateway to join sooner, you can press the utility button or power cycle the device.

Once the datacenter provides the detailed report, that will be available through our support team if you need a copy.

Most of our hosted servers are non-responsive, we are working with the support team in the datacenter to reestablish access. Some data is coming in, but we are treating this as a full outage.
