We’re excited to announce that we are upgrading our infrastructure to enhance the speed and reliability of our services. As part of this improvement, we will conduct a three-part maintenance series. Below are the details:


Maintenance Window 1 of 3:

  • Date: October 23rd, 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM US Eastern Time
  • Objective: Standardizing the latest updates to our existing data center and configuring cross-connections for a seamless transition.
  • Impact: No service interruption is expected during this window. However, if any occurs, rest assured that your gateway will store data until services are restored.

Maintenance Window 2 of 3:

  • Date: October 29th, 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM US Eastern Time
  • Objective: Migration of primary databases
  • Impact: A service interruption of approximately one hour (not expected to exceed two hours)
  • Service Interruption Details: During this time, services will be temporarily unavailable as we ensure data integrity in the primary databases. For those that use our system to monitor operations, facilities and products, please understand during this short outage, monitoring for such applications will be unavailable. There may also be brief outages (around 15 minutes) for individual services post-migration. Rest assured, gateways will log data messages and deliver them once services resume. After migration, websites and services may experience slightly lower performance while DNS propagation resolves to our new data center.

Maintenance Window 3 of 3:

  • Date: October 30th, 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM US Eastern Time
  • Objective: Migration of secondary and supporting databases and services.
  • Impact: No service interruption is expected during this window. However, if any occurs, rest assured that your gateway will store data until services are restored.

Please note that while we’ve thoroughly tested these upgrades, unforeseen factors may affect services during this maintenance.
