We identified iSCSI timeouts recorded while connecting to our network disk arrays. Working with the vendor we have applied their recommended configuration changes to optimize the fault tolerance settings in Windows iSCSI Initiator.

We are currently investigating a brief service disruption that affected our sensor monitoring portal. Our team is actively working to identify the cause. Full functionality has been restored already.
