Scheduled Maintenance

Our datacenter partners will be performing scheduled maintenance on August 1, 2025. The maintenance will commence at 11:00 PM US Eastern Time and conclude on August 4th, 2025, at 12:00 PM US Eastern Time.

They will be conducting software upgrades on infrastructure network switches. During this time, one of our redundant network connections will be taken offline, causing a failover to the secondary line. On the second night the connection will failback to the primary line. While we do not anticipate significant downtime, there is a possibility of disruption during this period. In the event of downtime, your data will be securely stored on the gateway until normal services are restored.
