This maintenance window will commence on November 13th, 2026, at 8:00 AM US Eastern Time and conclude the same day, at 2:00 PM US Eastern Time. During the Maintenance window, redundant power services will temporarily operate on a single power feed at a time while replace portions of the power infrastructure. We will also apply firewall updates and routine operating system updates. Our redundant infrastructure is designed to maintain full system functionality throughout this work. However, all maintenance carries some level of risk. In the event of downtime, your data will be securely stored on the gateway until normal services are restored
